There have been some changes within the team in the last two weeks. In turn, we have been left with a vacancy in our leadership group. The coaching staff has decided that our team needs a captain moving forward. This person has shown much dedication, leadership, and is well respected by his peers and the organization, both on and off the ice. After some discussion, we feel like this individual is the right person to dawn the ‘C’ for the Walkerton Capitals Jr C Hockey Club.
Please help us congratulate overage Forward, #6 Kyle Durrer on the Captaincy for the remainder of the 2022-23 hockey season.
Durrzy is ready to wear the ‘C’ with pride and take on responsibility of this team and provide the adequate leadership necessary as we move into the playoffs
