On November 23rd, 2023, The Walkerton Capitals Jr. ‘C’ Hockey Club announced the acquisition of Forward, Daniel Norton!
Norton, a 2005 born, from Chatham, Ontario, comes to the ‘Caps’ via trade with the Blenheim Blades Jr. ‘C’ Hockey Club. Daniel is a right hand shot forward who stands at 6’1 and weighs 180 pounds, and will add more depth the ‘Caps’ forward core. He plays the game the right way, is hard nosed, and will provide grit to the lineup – Norton is looking to make an immediate impact to our lineup. He is currently attending his first year of post secondary school at the University of Waterloo and is enrolled in their Kinesiology program.
In exchange, the Blades have received a PDF – PJHL Standard Player Development Fee.
